Orbit Aviation Pvt Ltd is Overcrowding the bus , by placing multiple plastic stools in the bay of the bus

Have booked an orbit bus from Pathankot to Chandigarh timing 05:55 am in the morning. Travel date 07/11/21, paid rs. 650 for my seat no. 39.
Travel journey hours 5 hrs
The conductor/ owner of the bus placed multiple plastic stools in the bay of the bus.
During these covid times, this is mere violation of the covid norms, the bus has a capacity of 46 people wherein more than 55 people were given ticket by making them sit in the bay of the bus

Such poor service to the customer during covid norms is a big disappointment, this would endanger multiple lives as people sitting near me were coughing continuously.
Kindly provide me a resolution to the issue raised above.
