We, Sudarshan and Chanchal Goel, was planning to go for EU tour prior to COVID hit us. As you are acutely aware, given the current COVID-19 situation and guidance by our Honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi for the lockdown, we envision that travel for elderly above 70 years isnot recommended. This coupled with our age (73 and 71), and co-morbid conditions, puts us in high risk category. Given the situation, we definitely won’t be able to travel outside India within next 1 year. Hence, I write to you today to consider the situation and refund us the full amount at the earliest. We were charged INR60, 000 for Visa fee but Paras Holidays didn’t initiate the Visa process; hence, we request for full refund at the earliest.
