I am owner o[censored]nit number C3/1704, Prateek Grand City. Builder has given possession in August committing that Flat will get ready within a week. I have been paying for maintenance charges, club charges, etc since last 9 months but flat is still not ready to move in. I have visited site office and sales office countless number of times but they are not preparing the flat for handover. I am feeling hopeless and looted. No one listens to the complaint, nobody have any idea about what is happening. Paying bank EMIs, maintenance charges but all in vein.
