Hi i took phci policy in the month of may-2017 for 10, 000/- inr.in 29-may-2017 20:17, 2017.
The vouchers issued to me were of expired date, i immediately 05.06.2017 cancelled the policy on the second day from issuing. Phci emailed me stating that please return the vouchers and the policy amount will be refunded,.
The only assurance i use to get is that “sorry for the inconvenience caused we will get back to you shortly”.
The telephone numbers are not getting answered
