Hi my name is Anil Kumar and my complaint is against the company named Pristine Overseas Bangaluru. They have taken 16000 from me in the name of Medical Charges and Visa fee for providing Job in Singapore. The Classic Dignostic and path lab in secter 33 D Chandigarh has also with them because they haven’t given me the payment receipt for the test they have taken. They told me that the receipt will be mailed to the Consultancy firm and they will provide me the payment slip along with Medical report.
At first when I recieved call from one of the representatives of Pristine Overseas Bangaluru Ms. Geeta negi she convinced me that her company not taking any money in advance except the Medical expenses of ₹7000/- and whole amount will be deducted from my salary when candidate joined the company in Singapore. So i agreed to proceed and paid for Medical expenses and my process is start according to the Pristine Overseas.
After 3-4 days my Medical report came and they said that my visa file is under process and Pristine Overseas will looking after all Visa expenses. After couple of week I recieved mai that my file is returned back by the embassy and if I need to process further I have to pay 9000 as Visa file processing fee which is refundable when I recieved Visa. Then I thought if I not proceed then my 7000 Rupees which I paid for Medical will gone waste so I decide to pay ₹9000/- And proceed further. After that they have given me the web link for taking my file process UID Number SG10011773. In which there are 5 stages and my file was shown in stage first. They have given me 15-20 days for whole process. When 20 days over and my file is continued showing in stage 3, I asked Ms. Bhavya about my file process. At this stage She informed that Singapore embassy has given instructions for Consultancy firms that the applicant candidates have to pay Visa agreements fee around 26% of the Salary offered by the Singapore Company to the candidates. Which was around Total Fee: 3850*56*0.26 =56, 056.00 INR.
At this stage I suspect that they are cheating on me I demand for my paid amount to be refund back to me. But continuaslly Ms. Bhavya tried make me pressurize to pay for agreement Fee. To convince me she further connected me to her MD or any Marketing Head Mr. Saurbh Bhat.
I once again asked questions about his company why they are demanding money when they promised me that no advance money will be taken by me untill I get a Job in Singapore. But tried to convince my by the name of Covid Restrictions by The Singapore Country. But I haven’t paid that agreements about to them and continuaslly I demand for may money but they haven’t given me back.
After that there company website is not opening and there contact Numbers are not switched off. I tried so many time but there contact numbers are swiched off.
I request that these fraud should be punished hard by the law and should not cheat any one again in future. There are so many people who has lost there jobs during Covid period and these cheep tipes of persons cheating them by false commitments.
