I bought the vicks inhaler from a medical shop in panvel. After using it for a weeks duration i found i was having difficulty in breathing. I did no take any medication apart from the vicks inhaler to which i tried to find the details of the product. When i searched for the manufacturing date and batch number, i could not find any. I called the complaint number i. E.[protected] which is customer support and complaints number for procter and gamble. I ended up speaking with a rep named kritika to which she asked me to send her the image of the base of the product on email. I did the same and after verification i got a call giving me a compensation of rs 100 in the form of big bazar voucher. Now i feel this is so humiliating that this is how such big companies deal with complaints.
I really wish to take it further and sue this company as this has affected my health severely
