I am facing problem while using software. Then I said that ur software not giving satisfactory service..then they are unable to respond. Nit replying any single call & message. Doing mental harassment because I paid all amount and I don’t get satisfaction while using software. Then I am in compulsion to get their refund policy. In their refund policy it is clearly mentioned that if client not satisfied ..they have full rights to get their money back.
After that I said that refund my money..they only giving me excuses. Not replying & not giving attention to my problem. I have urge that I am facing problem, another people not get in the same trap. There is to stop as soon as possible. Just like me so many people trapped in this company.
It my request to file complaint against ideal soft company as soon as possible. I get refund policy. It’s a humble request.
