Sir,
I was called from Recent Jobs and told that I would be attending scheduled interviews with both Indian as well as International Companies and for that reason, there would be payments as this would be paid services. I was told that the first interview would be with MindTree for Canada location. Thinking that this is genuine consultancy, I paid at various intervals (various dates) more than Rs. 52982 assuming that there would be genuine interviews scheduled. Dates of payments along with payment information are attached. Also, the Consultancy’s mail communication and invoices are attached.
There was one telephonic interview which the Consultancy connected to, within 3-4 days of payment which they told was from MindTree. Post the call, they mentioned that I have to leave to Canada within a week to meet the team. Then they changed the status and updated that they would arrange a meeting in Bangalore. Suddenly, they called one day and mentioned that I have to pay another Rs. 47000/- for which I told I would first meet the HR of MindTree directly and a meeting need to be arranged to get this confirmed to see if this is genuine.
After that, there has been no response.
Also, no one picks the call if it is from my number, but I observed the line getting busy at other times.
The numbers of the people I spoke are – [protected], [protected] (Name – Ashok), [protected] (Khusboo Singh & Abhinav) and [protected] (Priya). I also observed that most of their numbers begin with 74284…

This started around May 8th and till today (June – 18th), nothing has happened.
I told them that I want my refund, otherwise there will be legal action taken, that also was of no use.
Sir/Madam – Requesting for a refund back from the fake Company.
Please assist in getting my refund. Hoping for a positive outcome.
