Dear team, i am having Jio fiber connection by number by name of sonali verma .From last 1 week my jio fiber is not working .i am a share market brocker so i am totally depend upon internet connection. From last one week i am continously contecting and registering complaint on jio customer care .Everytime i am receivly reply that agent will come tommorrw but no one is coming at your end.
Is this kinda of service a big brand like you team provide .i am facing a lot of financial as well as mental torcher becouse o[censored]nethical service from you guys .
Please revert and arrange service sgent asap else i will look at other ombudsmend to take further action .
