I had applied for a job through this recruitment agency called RESOURCE MANAGEMENT located near Dadar station. As soon as I entered their office I was asked to pay 2000 as registration fees by two ladies after which there was a phone call interview where I was told I got the job and then a guy named NIKHIL asked me to pay another 4500 because according to him as it is an international BPO job, they apparently want you to create an “ID” in order to join the company. So 2000+4500 paid at the office. Then I was called for training the next day and after almost an hour and a half lecture on communication they asked me and 50 other candidates present there to pay extra money for the training which would be non refundable and people selected for “international bpo” were supposed to pay 4500. So they guaranteed me a job with my expected salary (with no offer letter in hand) and charged 11000 but I never got placed in any company and after 6 months of quarelling with Aman(assistant) and Nikhil and other staff members, they agreed to pay 4330 out of 11000 after deducting 4500(non refundable training fees), 1000(form fees) and 18% GST. To this date I have only received 2000 from them. There was another girl with me who went through the same things and wasn’t placed either. Request you to please look into the matter and take strict action against these thieves and punish them for plundering the hard earned money of others.
