Iam Mohan from chennai and I have booked a northeast trip with my family this May 28th 2021.Mr Anshul, TripAdvisor and Madan Mohan were coordinating on the behalf of Ritual holidays.
Iam yet to receive any kind of receipt for the money paid as advance (over a lakh of ruppees)from the company.In this pandemic set up Iam yet to get any confirmation of the trip from your team especially in the background of lockdown in many parts of the country.I have been calling the above contact persons but to of no avail.None of them have replied nor texted me I’m this regard.
I regret to find that the company is displaying an unprofessional attitude combined with apathy.At this rate I cannot imagine to stay associated as your customer in the future
