Dear sir/madam,
I and some relative as well as friends taking treatment and routing check up at rubyalicare in ycm hospital at pimpri, pune.
But we observed that rubyalicare do not have sufficient staff members and management is very poor.
Most of times, we coordinate with hr lady and now ceo lady but both are useless.
I have information that it’s an private but goverment facility taking goverment heath scheme facility as rajiv gandhi health scheme & others.
We had observed that most of staff member working 10 to 11 hrs start in the morning @9am to evening
Now rubyalicare started evening check up facility but doctor is not available.
Rubyalicare security persons not behavior good manner with patient relative, we have some video also.
Icu have same problem of staff members and others facilities.
It’s not only my or my related persons but i had communicate most of others persons and patients have same opinion.
I would like to request that please communicate with rubyalicare management according for improvement others we will be coordinate with state and central government health department as well as we will publish to media with video.
Now ceo and hr both are useless and they are not highlight with top management or not given proper attention on services.
We are paying but not getting proper services and such hospital services working related to heath (Heart related services)
