I had booked my flat in NX One Avenue developed by S P Sai IT Pvt Ltd. As per BBA, cost of my flat is inclusive of Club House. I have already paid the full amount as per demand against provisional possession letter from the builder. I have also got No Dues certificate from builder against his demand (inclusive of Club House). All my dues against my booked flat are paid by Apr-21 but I am yet to get the Saledeed executed by the builder and more over builder has not developed the club house yet (which was advertised as ground plus one storied building with all modern amenities like Swimming pool etc).
