I engaged SERNEXUSS for immigration services to Canada, and my experience has been a complete nightmare. Initially, they were relentless in their pursuit of my business, bombarding me with continuous calls and promises of a smooth and successful Permanent Residency (PR) application process. However, once they had my hard-earned money, their commitment vanished into thin air.
It’s been a year since I paid sernexuss for their services, and I can confidently say that I’ve received absolutely nothing in return. Not a single call, or any tangible progress on my PR application. The contrast between their pre-payment eagerness and the post-payment indifference is nothing short of shocking.
Attempts to contact them for updates on the status of my application have been met with silence. It’s disheartening to see a company that once appeared so dedicated turn its back on clients once they have secured payment.
I strongly caution anyone considering SERNEXUSS for their immigration needs to think twice. This has been a regrettable experience filled with broken promises, unfulfilled commitments, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the stress and financial loss by exploring other reputable immigration consultants who prioritize their clients’ success and maintain transparency throughout the process. SERNEXUSS is certainly not one of them.
