I used to worked for Sharkdreams India Pvt limited from 10 Aug, 2020, Since the firm has not paid me for last 4 months, I was promised to settle the one months pay in 10 days and rest in 40 days, but I haven’t received it yet, i kept emailing them constantly but no use, How do I get my pending paychecks cleared.
