I had inquired about their km and related yatras a month ago trusting in them because they had tied up with giri trading but they started to ask me personal questions and dished out uncalled for advice on why i should get married, etc. And i sent them a scathing email regarding the same. Now, since i have been asked by my family to travel through them because they are a south indian concern and also because of the good reputation of giri trading, they are taking revenge on me for the scathing email i had sent them despite my paying them a huge advance amount that i have saved up for throughout my life and also even though i started afresh by deleting the copies of the scathi email i had sent them in a bid to forgive them. However, they are still sitting on the same page instead of forgetting what they did. Even the government would have been far more professional and not asked me whether i am married or not in the first place. This is ridiculous of the shivam holidays sister concern. They are even blatantly lying to me about when they will provide the services due to me and telling me that i have a lot of time to travel. This is not some small local trip but a big one. How can i trust them if they are delaying services to me by making one excuse after another? Do not trust these people. Once they get lots of good reviews, they stop rendering good services. I am worried about the amount i have paid them already and wonder if i will get full value for my money. Very unprofessional and suddenly they realize that they have a personal life outside of the office without completing my yatra related work. Their office staff was eager to finish my work at first and suddenly, they stopped my work and said they have to go to the bank and send me the details i require, then not send them to me and again, another excuse would spring up such as, “it is lunch time” or “i need time to breathe,” etc. Even if i had given the same money to the government, they would have taken me to my destination safely and also fulfilled my life long wish of visiting kailash mansarovar and the nearby places of religious interest in nepal without making any excuses even if their services are a bit more expensive than these private operators and now, i am not even sure if i will be able to get a full refund on the advance amount i have paid shivam yatra for the kailash mansarovar and nepal temples trips and this gives me sleepless nights. When i call up shivam yatra to remind and prompt them constantly to send me the details i require for our trip, they say that they have a life outside of work too. When did i call them to talk about their personal lives? Even if i call them outside of their office hours, it is because they are not doing my travel related work during the office hours. Instead, they indulge in idle gossip. Nice karma towards god. Keep up the good work, shivam.
