Anita and Karthik – Agents in Shriram Life Insurance
Since Shriram promise to give loan for minimum interest when I take policy so I have taken the policy in Shriram but when I realized its false promise and I tired to cancel the policy, I was not able to do it.
Here I am explaining how I get into this and betrayed and fooled.
Anita called me asking if I wanted a loan. I gave them my details as I tried to get a loan. They checked and said that you would get a loan. But before that, you need to take insurance from Shriram Life Insurance, and only then will you get the loan process. So I also took insurance—15675 per year. After completing the insurance, after 2-3 days, they said you would not get the loan; because you previously had a loan. So I said to cancel the insurance. She was asked to send a letter about that, so I did. Then I called her, as there was no response from them. But the phone didn’t go. So I contacted Karthik. Because he was the one who registered me for insurance, he didn’t take either. Immediately I contacted customer care regarding canceling my policy.
They told me to mail it to this address; I did but got no reply, contacted customer care again. They told him the same thing again. Now three months have been completed, but the insurance is still active. So last week they said that we could not cancel this insurance. I have proof of all the above. Karthik and Anita cheated me. If needed, I will give you screenshots and numbers that I spoke with them.
