My name is Ajay Bharat, from Rohtak, Haryana. I belong to a poor family and now am feeling very bad after got cheated by a BPO company. Please help me.
I have a complaint against a company named, “Smart Tech Solution B.P.O.”. It was Friday on 04/09/2015 when I was searching online for a job in domestic BPO in my home district Rohtak then I found vacancies in the Smart Tech Solution B.P.O, I made a call and talked to Sakshi and she set an interview for me right next day in Delhi Head Office. When I asked her that would there I require any kind of money to pay, she denied and sent me address by SMS (SMART TECH SOLUTION BPO, W-6, 3RD Floor, West Patel Nagar, Opp. Pillar no. 234, Near Shadi Pur Metro Station, Gate No. 4, Contact – Priya. I went to company by carrying rs. 400/- only. I faced Priya there, after taking my intro she asked me to pay rs. 600/- at that time for a permanent ID generation and to proceed to the next HR round what will be the final round. If I am not selected then the amount will be refunded at the same time and if I am selected the amount will be returned with first salary. When I told her that I have no money right now she asked me to make a part payment to generate tempory ID so that I could go to next round and after getting selected I will have to pay remaining amount. Then I paid rs. 200/- and faced the next round. I cleared that round. I met again Priya and told her that I have cleared the telephonic round then she told me that now I will have to pay rs. 1500/- as a training fees of duration 1-2 week in the company during which the salary will be applicable and for the gadgets company will provide like salary account in HDFC bank and my salary was decided rs. 14000/-. I made the complete permanent ID payment (remaining rs. 400/-) and got my ID as (NDA/093/LS). They called me for training for one day on Sunday 13/09/2015 and the owner of company Sandeep said me that they are not capable to hire me for Rohtak branch right now So if I can do join in Pitampura branch for one and half month they will shift me to the Rohtak branch. I agreed and then they give me address of Pitampura branch B4, Gupta Plaza, Samrat Enclave near Shakur Pur, Delhi-34. I went there but the concerned person of that branch Yogesh also denied me to appoint there because of no vacancy available there. Yogesh asked me to join in Peera Ghari branch and gave me mob no. of concerned person named Nitin. I made a call for joining purpose but he also denied to appoint me and said that there was not hiring. I went back to Yogesh and told him all then he asked me to wait for 10-15 days. I waited and went again after finishing that duration again he said me to wait for near about 10 days. I said I need a job in urgent I can’t wait anymore. He asked me to talk to Sandeep. I went the head office to meet Sandeep and told him all situation then he assured me to appoint in Rohtak branch soon but he stopped taking my phone calls too. On 30/10/2015 I was in Delhi with one of my friend due to some work, after finishing that we decided to meet Sandeep for talking face to face. But Sandeep was not in the office then we talked to Nikhil and told him that it is the time of my 2nd salary but you have not given me joining and I have spent almost rs. 2000/- in visiting your office and branches again and again, I need my money back because you have no joining. Then he asked me to believe him for the last time and he will make my joiningin Rohtak branch within 2-3 days. I waited and then made a call but he again said that they have recently hired 2 persons thatswhy they cannot give me a joining. Today on 07/11/15 my friend tried to talk with them at Sandeep’s no. But the call was received by his younger brother I don’t know his name said that we won’t give any joining and also won’t refund the amount taken. Then I made a call to whom I made a call for telephonic round, said me that they belong to MLA’s family in Bahadurgarh and they can reach to your home. I am stuck now what to do or what not to do. The amount I have paid and spent is around rs. 4000/- means a lot for me. Please get me this back while the loss of time 2 months is not to be back.
The main thing is the cheating they are committing. I am alone here to complain but there were near about 18 candidates who were with me in training. I don’t know them if the right action could be performed. I belong to a poor family and think every day about my survival in life. In same manner there may be a lot of persons who are continuously being cheated by guys like these people.
