I request SEBI or concern authority to verify the business of said company and save money of public if found fraud.Day by day we hearing / reading the news of fraud companies in India, which collects money from general public by assuring false promises or schemes.At present Soil Properties & Infra India Ltd. doing same business in Pune, Maharashtra. I have attended the promotional seminars of RMP and SOIL and found similarities in promises. Even on the website of Soil Properties, details of business not mentioned.
myself Mr. Santosh Genbhau Gaikwad the victim of false promises of this company (SOIL Group). My agent didn’t gave me complete and correct information of this business and I invested huge amount since 2013. till 2018 I was pay 500Rs. Per month from last 2-3 years I was followed matured amount but agents not replying properly at all . Now a days in lock down conditions I already lost my job , have to pay loan amount bank person not listen our problem. if our money not received at correct time whats use then? How to resolve day to day problems.
When will get our money. Penalty amount rises daily but our money not getting on time Kindly let me know if you know any way to catch hold of the owner and get my money back.
