The customer care is pathetic they do not transfer the call neither they arrange a call back. The sales people are pathetic. they will make u sign the contract take the advance payment and then again ur ecs starts deducting. The most pathetic experience and biggest mistake of my life. Just dial is a fraud company so people before signing up any contracts with them beware, they will fraud u also.
