Sterling Holidays Resorts Wrong information about properties & facilities

Hi,

I have given the complaint to Sterling Holidays sales and operations team on 4th Feb 2021 but after three weeks also there is no proper response from there side.
Their grievance handling team member, Mr. Manas Kumar talked me roughly and asked do you have any proof about all complaints which you are giving when I said no because everything was verbal discussion with your sales team. After that he replied that i this case we’ll not refund your money whether you like or don’t the services. He said that there is no policy of cancellation in our company whether you like or not the services.
