Paid a considerable amount for an IT return having overseas components. The response times were bad, questions were asked couple at a time every day and there was no email sent to confirm if the IT return was filed or not. I had to go and check my mail myself to see that the income tax was filed but the e-verification was not done, which I am fine doing myself, but at least an email regarding that would have been the professional thing to do. The dodgiest thing about it is that they give you one name as the CA when you pay, and then someone else calls you. There is just a whatsapp contact you can message but have no idea when they will respond, and the mobile can be picked up by anyone at any given point of time. Even after telling them multiple times that I was in a different timezone, I got messages and call requests late night on Saturdays and Sundays and then after a lengthy call, I got two more questions at the same time on Monday.
Really bad experience, I will just go back to ClearTax from next time.
