This company specializes in scamming people and by far the one of the worst in this industry. Product is horrible, service is terrible do not use them unless you would like to donate money, the product they produce will be useless. One of wrost company in the industry with no minimum respect to the customers and their requirements after got the money. When you will be contacted through their sales representative, the dream you will see will be turn to a nightmare immidiately just after you pay the deposit. I had tried their service and i highly recommended this type of companies with poor customer service, very poor tech knowledge, probably the best in worst management, in the industry should not be exist. I am yet to come across a bigger fraud company in travel.
They have no professionalism and no ethics. They showed me something and delivered the opposite. My fares are highest and have no bookings. I have no other option but to dump their product. There is no response and no revert on multiple calls/emails and chats.
This company operated by a travel agency called raynatours.com without much technical knowledge. Most of the domains in their portfolio are their own travel agencies.
Raynatours.com, raynab2b.com, gujjutours.com etc. You can verify it in zaubacorp website and can see same director on all companies. If you are looking at a travel agency you can work with raynatours technoheaven travel agency. If you are looking at a tech company look else where.
