I, gaurav shah and my friend sanchi sawant had enrolled for the gym in kailash colony for membership for 4 months for 8k and 5 months for 7k respectively. We made the complete payment on 8th august 2017 and started going to the gym from 10th august 2017 after 20 days on 1st september the gym got shut down when asked wat was the reason we were told its because of mcd and that it should get solved in a weeks time, after a week when called they said one more week and so on and now its been 3 months that the gym as not started yet. I asked the owner lakshit laul who has many other outlets like one in malviya nagar too, but he refused to pay the membership fees by stating he doesn’t have any money left as he paid all the money to the mcd. Have made many request to him to pay back but he has not been replying to my phone calls or messages so kindly look in to the matter as almost 600 members money is stuck with this guy.
