This is Tanya from Madhya Pradesh and I had ordered form The Shopgrrl or myshopgrrl.spotify.com. (12 Products) After I placed my order I did my payment of Rs. 2750.60 to Payu Payment Pvt Ltd. on 13th October, 2021 done from Phonepe app
After I successfully did my payment I recieved a text message from the AX PAYUIB that your Transaction No. is this for Rs. 2750.60 done for BATHABHAI L BHARVAD has succeeded from payu team.
And know I unable to reach the store. When I am trying to search, I found error written as store is unavailable on my mobile screen. Now I don’t know how to reach this store. I even do not any communication from their side. Kindly help me out from this situation. It’s fraud store or what I don’t know. Because continuously store is unavailable when I trying to reach them. I am worried and yes it’s really very serious issue. It happens with many people. And we don’t even know how to take back out money.
