I am Vijay Panchal. I was using Timbl Internet service Old Faridabad area. Their service was pathatic. Internet was not worked 2-3 day every week. So I decided to disconnect the timbl service. I called to customer care and tell him to disconnect my service and asked him about refund. she told me that you will get your refund till 18/12/2022 but I didn’t get any call from timbl side. Even there is not any option to connect with timbl customer care. request you to do the needfull and help me to get my refund amount.
