Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for home based Handwriting Job with respective to the advertisement on OLX. Post discussion with Mrs. Shaireen on call she has requested me to pay total Rs. 1800/- (Rs. 1500/-as Security deposit which is refundable + Rs. 300/-as parcel courier charges for working material)
I agreed and made a payment of Rs. 1800/- on same through Google pay which is registered on Poonam Kumari from UDKON INFOTECH PVT.LTD as confirmed by Mrs. Shaireen on call.
On the same day she shared the DTDC parcel dispatch receipt and asked me to wait for 3 days for the parcel to get delivered. As per her words I have received the parcel containing some A4 sheet papers, Instructions along with 30 pages novel. I acknowledged the same, I was requested to wait for the call for training before working from the concerned trainers. Surprisingly there was no call till date from trainers, And there is no response for my calls even after following several times. I requested her to repay my money of Rs. 1800/-.I was receiving same & weird response as “you will receive call tomorrow” since 1 month through whatsapp texts from Mrs Shaireen
I request you to look into the matter immediately and take the necessary actions towards them.
I attached the payment proof which I paid. Along with company’s documents.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund.
