I gave Upgrad the caution money of Rs.25000 on 27.02.2021 for admission in Associate Diploma in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore. However few days after submitting the amount my father fell severely ill and due to sudden financial and family crisis I could not proceed further with the course, hence requested for refund. I applied for the refund on 05.03.2021 and I was told refund would be processed within 30 days but even after shooting so many emails and contacting them several times I still haven’t received my refund.
