Visa Services And Consultants Outstanding bill

Since I was a valued customer, I would like to address some issues to enlighten you:

1. Please check the Activation Date: – 10/12/2003.

With regards to the previous dues you might have noticed that this is the only payment not paid: (Remarkable isn’t it!)

Tata is a name of excellence and quality and reliability:

We are a reputed travel agency and have had Tata land lines ( with number changes on 2 occassions) and Tata broadband. Everything worked fine until one day the bills had no drop box for cheques ( earlier at the Kala Niketan corner opp Sancheti hospital, then for a brief while near Kinara hotel – Kothrud, then to be dropped at Tata Docomo shop at Mantri House on F C Road, and again later at Marigold Complex, Kalyani nagar). And please be aware at that time online payments were not trusted and your help lines were of little or no help.( We were running from pillar to post, to pay your bills). For a small period there was an allocated person who would pick up the payment from us, well he too disappeared.

So we did’nt have land lines and had to depend on mobiles. Springing up such a surprise was a difficult moment for a busy travel agent like us who had only dedicated Tata lines and Tata broadband.

Yet we refused to get any other service provider. Few months later Tata broadband was rudely disconnected without a prior intimation to us. We yet waited for a miracle to happen and the land lines to resume, but after a while we were told that Tata had issues regarding their lines in our area(Shaniwar Peth which in the begining it did’nt)

I don’t really think you have any idea the amount of loss we suffered for not having the land lines or broadband not working even for a single day.
