After that i made payment of Rs. 70800 (invoice no- 011/146, 011/147)
they shared a agreement paper i signed it to proceed with paperwork.
they shared a list of documents that are required for the procedure.
I shared all that i had & informed them i don’t have rest & even i asked my employers they denied issuing as they have not provided such kinds of documents i.e Job description to anyone.
I conveyed them this thing & told them to proceed further.
On 30th march, i got email from Mr mohit which states they have shared documents to the concern team and soon you will get updates for documents verification but they didn’t.
They passed 1 month like this only later they inform me they need rest of the documents which i already informed them i don’t have and neither will be able to provide.
Again on 10 th of june 2022 i shared all documents & informed rest cant be submitted.
from that day i have not got any reply from them neither they are responding to my email, msg & calls.
i have emailed them on
to refund my money back if they cant provide me service, but no reply from them till now.
Desirable resolution – I need all my money back so that i can’t process with some other agency. they have already wasted my previous 4 months which cant be recovered.
Kindly help me out.
