My name is lakshmi priyanka from hyd. I visited vlcc sainikpuri branch for weight loss treatment and this is not the first time i’m taking the treatment. I’m existing client from many years n my family members also takes weight loss treatment in the sainikpuri branch.
When i visited in 2017 again for advanced weight loss treatment and i have invested 50, 000 /- this time but after taking few sessions. Suddenly my dad expired and i was so depressed that i couldn’t continue the treatment hence i informed to the staff i wont be able to come for the session because i lost my father.
After coming out from that disaster when i visited to continue my pending sessions. They informed me that my package is expired and i need renew it again vch i need to invest 60% of my previous package.
I was shocked to know this. As an existing client i requested them to drop a mail to corporate with a request regarding my issue because i’m not in a position to invest again for the treatment. But they denied to put a mail to concern person at head office. They are just spoiling the brand name n clients trust.
