Welfare Building and Estates Pvt Ltd Vishakhapatnam is Maturity is compliting but my amount is not refund

I am santosh kumar gupta my father bhuneshwar saw deposit 10000 rs 18 july 2017 and maturity date 17 july 2022 but my amount is not refund till that please help
