I was looking for transcripts from my university. I received call from one of the executive of this company said that he is from worldwide transcripts who provide help to the customers who can’t reach to their universities. I was happy with the thing which he said because for my next admission transcripts were needed. I took help from this company. They sent me emails with proper figures that I have to pay 8810 rs for transcripts. I agreed and made the payment on 11 feb 2021. They gave me a tat of 30 days. I trusted them blindly. I was waiting for their email 20 days passed away however, there was no update from their end. I tried to call them however, no one received my call. I emailed them then I have received an email that I have to pay more. That time I realized that this is a fake company this is a scam. I emailed them to refund my amount however, there’s no response from their end. It was my hard earned money. This is literally a big scam. Please help me to recover my amount. I have chain of email and WhatsApp screenshots as a proof that I have made the payment and how they were neglecting my concern. How they earned money from customers who are in need. Please help me to get my money back.
