XORIANT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is profile pending actions not updating in naukri for Resume update

I have tried updating my resume multiple times and it still shows 1 pending action for Resume. In reality, the resume already exists but not getting updated against profile completeness.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
