Hi, I have filed my complaint to the aforesaid mail id with all relevant details mentioned above. As i didn’t receive any feedback or calls from customer care (Yamaha), I have logged in the complaint in this forum.
Still my issue is not yet resolved. A new vehicle which is not even 15 days old is parked aside due to steering crank, cluster rattling issues. I got feedback from ORPI Yamaha motors Avinashi road that, post Pongal holidays they ask me to bring the vehicle to their service center.
