My flight ticket was cancelled by the airline due to covid and they have refunded my money to Yatra. In my Yatra account the money is reflected (only half of the total money paid). Now I need to travel but I am unable to do the booking at Yatra website. When I try to login to the Yatra website it suggests to logon to new website which I cannot do so. When my brother tries to login to the new website he is able to do so with his email ID. This looks like Yatra is purposefully avoiding me to login since I have credit in my account.
