I ordered shoes from online app zara app on 8 may 2021and amount debited 2990/- from account through google pay gateway payment on the same date as mentioned above.
My order was not confirmed after the payment made as information mentioned on the app and showing payment awaited
I cancelled the order as there was no order confirmation message or notification.
Pls make a refund for the payment on the urgent basis
